PIYOM values privacy and confidentiality for both startups and investors.

1. Confidential Handling of Information

All materials submitted to PIYOM—including pitch decks, financial data, strategic documents, personal information, and investor preferences—are treated as confidential.

2. Use of Information

Confidential information is used exclusively for:

  • Evaluating startup submissions

  • Matching startups with suitable investors

  • Internal analysis and decision-making

We do not disclose confidential information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

3. Limited Access

Only authorized PIYOM personnel and approved advisors may access confidential materials.
Access is provided on a strictly “need-to-know” basis.

4. Non-Disclosure Commitment

PIYOM commits to:

  • Not sharing confidential information publicly

  • Not using it for competitive advantage

  • Not distributing it to investors without explicit permission from the startup or owner

Investors receiving materials are similarly bound to maintain confidentiality.

5. Exceptions

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that:

  • Is publicly available

  • Becomes public through no fault of PIYOM

  • Was lawfully obtained from another source

  • Must be disclosed under legal order

6. Data Deletion

Upon written request, PIYOM will delete confidential materials unless legally prohibited.
