PiYOM treats all submissions with discretion. However, you should not share sensitive or unprotected proprietary information at this stage. If deeper discussions are initiated, PiYOM may introduce a formal confidentiality agreement.
3. Accuracy & Authorization
You confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and that you are fully authorized to represent and submit the project on behalf of your team or company.
4. Selective Follow-Up
Due to the volume and nature of submissions, PiYOM may only contact ventures that align with its strategic focus. Lack of response does not reflect the quality or potential of your project.
5. No Upfront Fees
PiYOM does not request or require any upfront fees for project submission or initial assessment. Any potential collaboration or service engagement will be clearly defined in writing.
